Opportunity: There are insufficient State Licensing Agency / Committee of Blind Vendors staff to locate and determine profitable unassigned facilities within the state.

Solution: Visinity provides a program by which these facilities can be added to an “income producing” list.

How We Do It: From a list of all potential federal / state / local properties, Visinity will survey and qualify facilities with the best and largest potential for vending machine income. A report of findings and recommendations will be presented.

Opportunity: There are insufficient blind vendors to operate in all available facilities; machine locations are not known; available facilities are too widely dispersed to be operated by available blind vendors.

Solution: Provide the State Licensing Agency or Committee of Blind Vendors a means by which it / they can “take” all available facilities.

How We Do It: Visinity operates vending machines in such facilities as the licensee. Visinity engages independent compliant sublicensee vendors to operate in facilities.

Once a blind vendor becomes available to take over a facility vending operation, where an independent sublicensee is currently operating, Visinity will remove the non-blind vendor.

Opportunity: State Licensing Agency or Committee of Blind Vendors may engage third parties to perform “management services” to assist in their blind vendor program(s).

Solution: A knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient management services company.
